The concrete block production facility is first of its kind in Pakistan. The facility is housed by state-of-the-art German plant by MASA© and it is in production since July 2007. This plant is capable of producing 1 block per second and at normal capacity it is expected to produce 60,000 concrete blocks per day.
It conforms to American standard ASTM C90/140 which pertains to cracking of buildings materials due to restrained or differential movement of building which may be caused by loads created by wind, soil pressure, seismic forces or other external sources.
Concrete masonry blocks are up to 4 hours fire rated. Beside unique finish (uniform appearance) and strength, buildings constructed with concrete blocks are more durable and environment friendly than bricks.
Blocks require less labor, less time, less motor, less plaster and less maintenance. Almost 30% less cost than bricks construction.
Immediate delivery (ready stock) and availability round the year which is not affected due to weather effects.
